- BLAY Kenneth John Died peacefully in the JR Hospital on 9th June aged 83. The much loved husband of Shirley, a treasured father to David and Stuart, a much loved grampy and great -grampy. He will be greatly missed. The funeral will be on Tuesday 24th June, 12.45 pm at Oxford Crematorium.
