  Clacton Gazette 11 Feb 2011 HOWES Donald Passed away after much suffering in Colchester General Hospital on 30th December 2010 aged 89 years. Beloved Dad of Roberta and Son in Law Keith. Sadly missed by all who knew him. A very special thank you to the Stroke Unit at Colchester General Hospital for their kindness and support, also for the many kind sympathy cards received. Please accept this as our only acknowledgement. The Funeral has taken place. Several possible Donald Howeses born about the right time in Yorkshire, Suffolk and Essex [1]
