MAW, Phyllis Irene - Surrounded by her family on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Bluewater Health, Phyllis Irene Maw passed away at the age of 86. Loved mother of Carole Rossignol, Jim (Liz) Maw, Linda Hale, Susan (Brian) Gare and John (Cherie) Maw. Cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Will be missed by sister - in law Annie Hodgson, as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son-in law Bill Hale (2010), brothers and sisters Jack, Florence, Margaret, Lyle, Maida, Norman and Calvin. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at SMITH FUNERAL HOME , 1576 London Line, Sarnia. With a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Bluewater Health - Palliative Care or Canadian Cancer Society (cheques only at the funeral home please).
