  	Robert Murray "Bob" Holmes HOLMES, Robert Murray "Bob" - A resident of Chatham, Bob Holmes died peacefully at Meadowpark Nursing Home on Tuesday March 6, 2012. Born in Blenheim 80 years ago on January 9, 1932, son of the late James & Olive (Ramsdale) Holmes. Bob retired to Chatham in 1989, after 30 years of service with Rockwell/Ontario Steel. Beloved companion for many years of the late Florence Holdaway (1998). Dear brother of Bill & Midge Holmes, Fred & Wendy Holmes, Tom Holmes, and Gord Holmes, all of Blenheim. Bob will be fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews, dear friends Chris & Colleen Hyatt, and their families. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Thursday March 8, 2012 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. from the Funeral Home with Chaplain Donna Green officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations in memory of Bob to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
