Cottage and close in Strawberry Lane and Steal goose lane, town street west, another cottage at Churchtown on Stockshill with a croft, another cottage in its yard, an acre of land in the Far field called Greengate furlong abutting on Golden headland north and the highway south.
Arrangements to pay the sum of £20 at once (in addition to the rent) and after the death of Sarah to pay the rest divided between Christopher Norwood, also to Edward Smith, Thomas Smith, John Smith, Sarah Canty and Ann Parkin, sons and daughters by her former husband.
