David b.1847, a coal miner, married Euphemia Irvine in 1871 and had
two children, Hay b.1872 and Andrew b.1874. Euphemia, tragically, died that same month. David then married Betsy Black, and had three more children, Helen [known as Bella,b.1879], Robert b.1884 in Edinburgh, and Elizabeth b.1886 in Buckhaven. In 1891 they were at 76 Back Row, Methilhill. In the 1901 census, David, Betsy, Bella, Robert and Eliza are at Main Street, West Wemyss, David a publican age 53, born in West Wemyss.
According to the Statutory Register of Deaths Index, a David Dunsire age 57 died in 1904 in Wemyss.
