I do hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me. I appoint my dear wife Caroline Mitchell to be the sole Executrix of this my will. I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said wife, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns absolutely. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty seventh day of March one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine. Signed and declared by the said testator William Mitchell as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
