- MAW (Nookside) In hospital, after a long illness, on April 10, aged 82 years, Phyllis (nee Foster), dearly beloved wife to Bob, much loved mam to Michael, Alan and Kevin, loving mother-in-law to Jean, Karen and Shirley, devoted grandma to Andrew, Emma, Katie, Jack and Samantha also a dear sister-in-law and aunt. Would friends please meet for service in St Gabriel's Church, on Monday at 1pm, followed by cremation. Family flowers only, donations if desired, to Parkinsons UK, a collection plate will be provided at the crematorium. All enquiries to Peter Dodd Funeral Directors, Grindon. Tel. 5200666.
