      Messuage in Epworth in occupation Thomas Hill the younger, rates close in Epworth and lands in the South field to Richard Standing of Epworth.
      Close of meadow or pasture of 3a. called Haverthwarts in Haxey to Mary wife of John Maw of Epworth.
      Lands in Church field of Epworth to Thomas Standing the elder of Epworth.
      Lands in the Ellers field of Epworth to Solomon Maw of Epworth and Mary wife of John Maw his brother as tenants in common. Land in the East field, Epworth, to William Read of Epworth, Elizabeth Tune of Epworth, widow and Sarah wife of Thomas Thorpe and Martha wife of John Pilsworth of Belton as tenants in common.
      Messuage at Battle Green and 3 crofts of arable meadow or pasture adjoining of 4a. in Epworth to cousin John Maw of
      Tathwell subject to payment of £20 to his brother and £20 to each of his three sisters.
