  	MAW Walter Ray Maw of Toms River, 92 Walter Ray Maw, 92, died recently in Toms River. A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were handled by the DElia Funeral Home. Born in Manchester, England, Mr. Maw resided in Pennsauken and Arlington, raised his family in Union County, and spent his retirement years in Cape May and Chester before moving to Toms River in 2005. He served in the U.S. Armys 447th anti-aircraft artillery battalion, as an automatic weapons commander, 1st lieutenant, during World War II. Mr. Maw was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Agnes, in 1996. He is survived by his three daughters, Jacquelyn Stroming of New York City, Deborah and her husband, Thomas Feneran, of Toms River, and Michele Elliott of Clark; his grandchildren, Suzanne, Melanie, Gilbert III, Jeffrey, Alison, Kelli, Ashley and T.J., and three great-grandchildren.
