27 June 1902 - Biddick (s) - Whitby, June 26 5.25pm - Steamer Biddick, of Sunderland, captain Strutt, from Bilbao for Middlesbrough, cargo iron ore, came ashore Robin Hoods Bay, North Cheek, six o'clock. Captain refuses assistance. Fine.
30 June 1902 - Biddick (s) - Stockton, June 28. The steamer Biddick was got off after jettison of about 50 tons of cargo, making no water, and she arrived here last evening.

Weather fine, sea smooth. Contract Svitzer Lloyd's Form. Expected float after midnight and proceed Frederikshavn Roads for diver survey. Lloyds Agent Kall in attendance.

Ship tight, bottom sandy; more powerful tug coming to assist. Intend jettison cargo when labour available.
