Obituary 29 May 2009 (79 years) Hull, , Yorkshire, England [2] Hull Daily Mail - FENTON.- Robin Leaper. Robin died peacefully at home in Edinburgh on 24th May after a long fight against cancer. He joins his wife Jill Mary who died sixteen years ago. Robin was a well known figure in East Yorkshire with his involvement and passion for shipping, education, politics, Norway and music. He had a profound effect on many lives and will be sadly missed, particularly by his children Kim, Carol, Peter, Chris and Nick and his grandchildren Henry, Josh, Sam, Nadia, Alex, Louie, Max and Edie. A service/ Celebration will be held at St. Mary's Church, South Dalton, near Beverley. At 3pm on Thursday 4th June.
