Problem: When you access the Genealogy page, the window of the database does not display fully but covers only a third of the available space.
Solution: ensure that Internet Explorer 8 runs in "Compatibility View" for our website. This is the button on the address bar just before the Refresh (or Go) and Cancel button.
You can also access it through Page > Compatibilty View or Page > Compatibilty View Settings.
